Process Engineer (Chemical Process / Systems Engineers)

* Work as a team member of Systems/Process Engineers to ensure that all Systems/Process engineering tasks are performed within scheduled time, budget and quality for large size complex projects

* Preparation of P&ID (Basic & Detail Engineering)


* Preparation of Instrumentation datasheets, Cause & Effect diagram, Line list, Alarms & trip settings, Control Narrative, Operation Manual

* Review and approve all Systems Engineering deliverables in a project

* Complete review of Vendor Process Packages (Basic specifications, offers, post order document review etc.)

* Conduct P&ID review meeting and participate as a key reviewer in 3-D model review

* Carry out pressure drop (Hydraulic) calculations of single phase and two phase of complex process loops

* Carry out thermal design of heat exchangers

* Review and comment Basic Engineering Design Package

* Capability to participate in HAZOP review meetings (internal and external)

* Capability to specify and handle complete engineering cycle for large machineries/packages like Compressors, Turbines, Refrigeration Package, Boiler Package, DM Water Package, Cooling Tower Package, Storage Systems, Dosing Units, Pumps etc.

* Support all engineering disciplines in proposal work including detailed study of ITB, incorporating ITB requirements in the cost estimation etc.

* Support in resolving technical problems of customers

* Basic knowledge of Process & Environment safety engineering

* Pre-commissioning & Commissioning of medium sized Chemical and Petrochemical plant
