• Furnace coil heaters are the ones which are spirally wound & then evenly stretched to achieve desired heating length. They can be supplied with studs & ceramic tubes of required specification..

• A bundle rod heater consists of circular ceramic beads that hold heating elements..

• These heaters are designed & manufactured in low voltages for faster heating in order to achieve temperatures quickly..

• Genuine sourced material is used for long lasting services which tend to reduce breakdown time and costs..

• Furnace coils from 800mm to 19mtrs in length have been manufactured and supplied successfully, while bundle rod elements of dia. & length Ø45mmx1000mm to Ø110mmx 3000mm have been installed and are performing efficiently..

• NOTE: - During mounting of furnace coil it should be seen that the pitch of the coil doesn't come too close & in the bundle rod heater, an adequate amount of air circulation is maintained..
