Vacuum Operated Floor Mounting Chlorinators

The vacuum is created by ejector and passes through control valve, flow meter and vacuum regulator. In the vacuum regulator, vacuum moves the provided diaphragm which further removes inlet valve thereby minimizing chlorine gas from supply pressure. Consequently, the chlorine gas passes by flow meter, manual rate valve into differential, pressure regulator. The gas flows to the ejector where the chlorine mixes with water to form chlorine solution from the regulator which is carried by the distribution system to the point of application.

Design :
• Vacuum regulator mounted on valve (IS3224) above the liquid trap cum filter to separate foreign materials and liquid trap can be mounted on wall or CS chlorine header     line
• Chlorine pressure gauge present for displaying cylinder/ tonner chlorine pressure is situated on gas filter body/ CS chlorine header line and is connected by strong PVC     pipe to the chlorinator panel
• Water gauge and Vacuum gauge on front panel to display vacuum created in injector and power water pressure
• Differential regulator to absorb vacuum variation and constant vacuum passing to Chlorine flow meter is present between injector and control valve
