- Does it represent a high degree of integrity; is it morally sound & honest?
- Is it profitable to the company & does it represent a fair return to all involved-employees, suppliers, customers & others?
- Does it represent leadership beyond the common place?
- Will it contribute to the long-range growth of the company?
