Inditron engaged in proving all kinds of resin based systems ensuring high quality & best performance. Our range includes Softners, DM Plants, Oxygen Scavanger Units, Colour Removal & Speciality Removal Systems.

The entire range is available in different MOC like FRP, MS, MSRL. They are available fully automatic, remotely operated, manually operated or with multiport valves.

• Softeners

Softeners are used to remove Hardness from water. The commonly used methods for removing hardness are Chemical Precipitation or ION Exchange Process. Other methods of Softening are highlyexpensive and hence not commonly used. We supply ION Exchange process based softener plants for removing hardness from water in FRP, MS, MSRL construction for various applications in all capacities.

Softeners can be supplied in both Manual and Automatic operation modes.

• Demineralisation Plants

Demineralisation is the Process of removing the mineral salts from water by ion-exchange. Water is passed through an ion-exchange vessel holding ion-exchange resin of the required type. The selective ions in the water are exchanged with ions or radicals loosely held by the resin. In this way, the water is passed through several vessels or a mixed bed vessel so that both positive and negative ions are removed and water is demi neral ised. Demineralisation plants finds application in Process Industries, Power plants, Sugar and Breweries, Steel Processing, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverages among most other applications. We have the expertise in manufacturing Demineralisation Plants starting from 1 m3/hr and ranging upto 200 m3/hr. We can supply completely automatic DM plants also. DM Plants upto 10 m3/hr are completely skid mounted and ready to install and commission thus avoiding any delay at site.
