Absorbent Cotton Rolls are one of the most basic wound care products in use worldwide. These are bleached white cotton carded and made into rolls of different sizes and weights. The carded cotton could be tightly rolled or could be fluffy depending on client requirements. They are rolled either with paper or transparent plastic to separate the pleats.
The cotton is snow white and contains high absorbency. These rolls are packed individually in plastic bags and then into export box to avoid any possible damage during transit. The weights of these rolls could vary between 20 Grams to 100 Grams.
This is widely used as a wound care products for minor injuries and also as a cosmetic product. These balls are available in different colours (white, green, pink, etc). Generally coloured cotton balls are used as cosmetic products and white used as wound care for minor injuries. This forms a part of all cosmetic and first aid kits.
These cotton balls are packed in pieces of 20 to 500. The packet may also constitute balls of different colours.
Short staple cotton goes through a 3 way cleaning process where the dirt particles are completely removed. Chemicals and whiteners are added to make the cotton hygienic and improve absorbency of the product.
This acts as raw material for various wound care products. These are packed in bulk packing of 20 kilograms to 100 Kilograms.
