A leading manufacturer of sheet metal pressed components, tubular fabrication, assemblies with conveyorized Powder coating, Zinc Plating, Inspection – Testing, ETP and allied facilities in India. The main operations performed at our unit are shearing, forming, piercing, punching, blanking, bending ,welding, assembling, grinding, finishing, pretreatment, powder coating, zinc plating. Besides mechanical & hydraulic power presses, the company also has NC Hydraulic shearing, CNC press brake, CO2 & spot welding machines

The main ob-ject was to manufacture pressed and fabricated components needing powder coating.) ,Press shop, Inspection - Testing and allied facilities. Due to our appropriate facilities, capabilities, Quality consciousness and locational advantage, we are sure to cater to the needs of industry effectively. We are already an approved OE vendor to Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. Appliance Division, Prima Division and Interio Division.Since inception we are supplying following components in CRCA & GP material & duly powder coated to Synergy Engineers & Powder Coaters having partly conveyorised powder coating plant with mech-anized PT facility is established in the year 1989-90. Where we have the best powder coating and zinc & nickel plating facilities, doing powder coating and Zinc/ Nickel RoHS compliant plating on Industrial, Construction ,Engineering, Automobile , Do-mestic metallic components for major ISO 9001:2008 certified companies & other customers in and around Satara districts.
