Is established on 7th July, 1972, with the main objective to carry on the business of warehousing and storage of various Agricultural and Industrial produce material - including Fertilizers, Pesticides, Insecticides, Quality Seeds, Food products, Agricultural and Horticultural Equipments, Tools and Machinery, Agricultural find Horticultural Products, Cement, Chemicals, Glass, Consumer goods, Rubber and Plastic Goods and Engineering Goods etc. In 1972, the Company started construction of sheds for warehousing business as per the Mumbai Warehousing Act.

Today it is one of the biggest Warehousing Company in the private sector in Pune. The regular clients list includes various large reputed Private and Public Sector Companies like HLL, PARI, Goodyear, Arco/Batco Roadways among the few
