Cold Drawn Bars

Surface of hot rolled bars and wire rods is treated by pickling. The bars are cold drawn through dies on draw-benches ,then cut and polished. Wire rods are drawn on high speed continuous drawing. Cut off and polished machine. The process ensures the required shape and dimentional accuracy, imparting the desired surface finish. Cold drawn bars are accurate in size and tolerance with improved mechanical properties.
