#Liquid Orals

• Vacuum transfer for Sugar Syrup preparation
• vessels equipped with vacuum transfer and CIP system.
• Flexible batch size from 500L to 5000L
• Oral Liquid manufacturing is well equipped to handles syrups and suspension with colloidal mills, homogenizer, filter press and chilling system.
• 7 Oral Liquid filling line out of which 5 are 12 x 8 monoblock filling and sealing machine.

#Cream/Ointment/Gels

• 1000Kg manufacturing plant with Load cells, vacuum transfer system and inline homogenizer.
• 2 Filling lines with provision for both aluminum and lami tubes.. One filling line with auto Cartoner. Spare built up area to further expand filling line.

#Dry Syrup/Oral Powder

• 1000Kg manufacturing plant with powder transfer and CIP system.
• One 4 Head Auger filling and 8 head sealing machine.
• Temperature and Humidity controlled core area.
