All items are mass production items, whose quantity varies from 200 Nos. To 150000 nos. Per month. We can produce castings weighing from 0.200 Kg to 80 kg per piece. Our present capacity is 350 tons per month. We have two types of processes.
Green sand process : 1 kg to 80 kg. Box size : 22’’ x 26’’ (550 x 650)
Shell Core Process : 0.200 kg to 5 kg
