8329TCF - Fast Cure Thermally Conductive Adhesive

This is a two-part, smooth, off white paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is extremely thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. It is extremely viscous because it is highly filled with thermally conductive ceramic powders for maximum thermal conductivity. It adheres strongly to metals, glass, and it adheres well to most plastics used in electronic assemblies.

8332 - Fast Set Epoxy

This is a two part epoxy with a 1:1 mix ratio and a 5 minute working time conveniently packaged in a dual syringe. It bonds well to metal, wood, ceramics, and some plastics.
