Our Pre-Engineered Buildings utilize a sophisticated system of structural members designed for maximum efficiency and load-bearing capacity.

  • Primary Structure: Built with Structured “I” sections to form columns and beams.
  • Secondary Structure: Cold formed “Z” and “C” sections forming purlins, wall joints, and wall panels.
  • Optional Subsystems: Mezzanines, custom beams, girders, catwalk beams for cranes, roof decks, and more.

  • Cold Form Section Line (C&Z Purline): Having Production capacity of 300MT/Month of C&Z interchangable Purline machine.
  • Angle Roll Forming Line (Sag Angle & Flange Brace angle):Having capacity of 120 MT/Month of Production Output.
  • Sheeting Line: having capacity of 450 MT/Month of Sheeting production Output.
  • Sheet Crimping & Bending Line: Having capacity draw 50 MT/Month of Crimping and bending material.

  • Hydraulic Shearing Machine & Press Brake: Having Capacity to shear & Bend Sheets of 2mtr long & up to 12 mm thick
  • Hydraulic: Hydraulic Press brake of 80 Tons Capacity for development of child parts.
  • Bar Cutting, Bending & Threading Machine: Having Capacity to Manufacture Foundation Bolts, Sag Rod, and Brace Rods, Eye Bolts.
