Industrial Coating – Special Purpose Coatings

Special purpose industrial coatings

Special Purpose Coatings

Special purpose coatings include an array of different products on metal and plastic surfaces, such as heat resistant coatings, chlorinated rubber paints, etch primer, etc. These coatings resist adverse weather, corrosive atmosphere and chemical attack, and they provide very high durability to structures.

Our Special Purpose Range:

Etch Primer Heat Resistant Paints Chlorinated Rubber Coatings

Etch Primer

Etch primers are specially formulated primers to improve adhesion with substrates which have poor adhesion with coatings.

Designed for Difficult Substrates:

Stainless Steel Aluminium Galvanized Iron
Heat resistant paint on exhaust systems and chimneys

Heat Resistant Paints

Heat resistant paints are specially designed paints to tolerate high temperature for prolonged periods.

800°C Withstands
These paints can withstand temperatures up to 800 degree centigrade for prolonged periods.

Applications:

Chimneys Exhaust Systems Vehicle Silencers
Chlorinated rubber coating on wear-exposed structure

Chlorinated Rubber Coatings

Chlorinated rubber base coating is a strong one component thermoplastic coating which, after drying, forms a very resilient, versatile and robust finish. It is mostly preferred in areas where the coating is exposed to continuous wear and tear. It has various benefits which differentiate it from other solvent-borne coatings, like extremely low permeability towards water and high chemical resistance.

Key Benefits:

One Component Thermoplastic Resilient & Robust Finish Extremely Low Water Permeability High Chemical Resistance Variety of Finishes & Gloss Levels

Chemical Resistance Against:

Alkaline Solutions Acids Salts
Important: Chlorinated rubber is immiscible with other solvent-based resins and requires a special thinner for dilution during application.
