Orbit’s Heat Resistant Paints and Powder Coatings:
1)ORBIT Heat Guard 600-I
ORBIT Heat Guard 600-I is high heat resistant coating system specially developed for various applications such as Tractor Silencers, Two Wheeler Silencers, Automobile Silencers, Generators, Barbeques, etc where high temperature requirements are prevalent.
ORBIT Heat Guard 600-I system is easy for application and suitable for external application with good corrosion resistance after achieving high temperature and has lower VOC. The system is suitable for temperatures above 600 degree Celsius.
ORBIT Heat Guard 600-I system is two coat system and consists of
- Base coat of heat- resistant primer – ORBIT – HR 600 Primer
- Suitable Thinner – ORBIT 600 Thinner
- Heat Resistant Powder – ORBIT – HR 600 Powder
2) ORBIT – Heat Guard 600 system II
- Base coat of heat-resistant paint- ORBIT – AL 30
- Suitable Thinner – ORBIT 600 Thinner
- Heat Resistant Powder – ORBIT – HR 600 Powder
3)ORBIT – Heat Guard 600 system III
- Base coat of heat-resistant paint – ORBIT – AL 30
- Suitable Thinner – ORBIT 600 Thinner
- Top coat Heat Resistant Black Paint – ORBIT – TCB
4) ORBIT – SCB
ORBIT SCB is a high heat resistant single coat black paint specially developed for various applications such as Two Wheeler Silencers, Automobile Silencers, Generators, etc . It is very economical, having low VOC and easy for 0 application. It can withstand service temperature up to 600 C.
5) ORBIT – AL30
ORBIT Heat Guard AL30 is a high heat resistant aluminium paint suitable for temperatures upto 500 Degree Celsius. This can be used as single coat paint or as primer in two coat system to achieve higher temperature resistance. This can be used for economical application of heat resistant coatings for mufflers or ovens.
6) ORBIT – AL 45
ORBIT Heat Guard AL 45 is a high heat resistant aluminium paint specially developed for various applications such as Tractor Silencers, Two Wheeler Silencers, Automobile Silencers, Generators, Barbeques, etc. where high temperatures 0 of 600 C are prevalent.
7) ORBIT – IN GREY
ORBIT IN Grey is a high heat resistant internal paint. This is specially developed for coating of silencers internally to protect them from high heat and corrosion .

Corrosion of Muffler Observed
After 5000 km. Running, in Absence of Corrosion or Chalking, Muffler is Coated with Orbit HR Powder
