Lead Extrusion machine - SPM used in Pencil manufacturing process. Soft lead is extruded & then it is seasoned to make stiff & hard to use for writing application. The controls are microprocessor ( PLC ) based with Hydraulic power being used for motion of Plunger to extrudate the Lead . Mechanical structure is Strong & robust to perform long operational life.
