Ace Gas Analysers Pvt. Ltd. is the flagship of company of the Ace group of companies founded in 1995.

The parent company Ace Industries was founded by Mr. Abhinav K. Shah, who is a graduate Engineer with a postgraduate degree in Business Management. Mr. Shah worked for 10 years in various industries such as Rallis Ltd and Fouress engineering. His last assignment was as a Chief Executive in EMP Controls Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Shah worked in Production, Quality Control and marketing of afore-mentioned companies before starting Ace Business Corporation, a proprietary concern undertaking repairs and servicing of imported gas analysers of Teledyne, Westinghouse and Neotronics make.

In 1995, Ace Gas Analysers Pvt. Ltd. was set up as a SSI unit for manufacturing various gas analysers at Ghatkopar, Mumbai.

The first indigenous Combustion Efficiency Monitor was developed by the company and Petroleum Conservation Research Association was the major consumer. Over the years, the company has sold over 3000 analysers for various combustion applications. The company has been a pioneer in the field of indigenous on–line and portable combustion analysers.

Since the year 2001, the company has shifted its manufacturing base to Pune. The sales / service operation are centred at the corporate headquarters in Mumbai. The company has a network of dealers all over the country. The company's products are sold all over the country and a few models have found an export market to the Gulf, Africa and the Far East.

Company's present manpower strength is 18, which includes Sales, Service, Production and R & D personnel. The total group turnover today is over Rs 36 million.
