Mr Arvind Pradhan is the M.D and driving force behind the set up. He has over 30 years of experience in chemical production, R&D, manufacturing cosmetic and industrial aerosols. He is a Post Graduate in Organic Chemistry and MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.

Mr Rohan Pradhan is the Director of Marketing & Production and is responsible in handling day to day production activities and handling clients. He has been working with Aero Pack Products for about 7 years now. He holds an Engineering degree from Canada & a MBA degree from S.P.Jain.
