Ahmednagar Ferro Alloys is a totally automatic foundry catering to ever increasing demand of high quality Cast Iron, Ductile Iron & Iron Alloy Castings.
The installed capacity of the plant is projected to be around 500 Tonne/Month extending up to 750 Tonne/Month with weights ranging from 1 kg to 350 kg.
It is an extension of the current group of companies which houses 2 Foundries, 2 Machine Shops, 1 Fettling Unit and 1 Motor Manufacturing Unit.
Ahmednagar Ferro Alloys will have a full-fledged laboratory with sand testing, metallurgical testing as well as material testing facilities in-house.
We offer complete end to end solutions to our customers by providing fully machined castings.
We have our own Machining units - MK Engineers & Saurabh Engineering - where the castings are machined to close dimensional tolerances, using quality machines and finest human expertise.
