Quality Initiatives taken by us:

Quality Conformation

To maintain the quality of the control panels:
1. We will design and manufacture equipment as per customers requirement as per customers requirements conforming to applicable standards of safety and quality parameter.
2. We will design equipment that is cost effective and waste reduction.
3. The required improvements to achieve optimum customer confidence & satisfaction.
4. Total Quality concept extensive quality of manufacturing-fabrication painting assembly & wiring along with inspection of incoming material maintain the total.
We perform tests like:

  • HIGH VOLTAGE TEST - 0-5KV
  • MEGGER - 1000VOLT
  • MULTIMETER
  • H.V.TESTER - 75KV
  • INSULATION RESISTANCE TESTER - 5000V
  • SEC. CURRENT INJECTION TEST KIT

All routine tests as per IS: 8623 PBRT I & II & IEC-439-2 (1987) carried out on finished product.

1. Fix/Drawout - MCC/PCC

  • Design Short circuit with stand strength have already been tasted at CPRI Bhopal (India)
  • 50 KA for 1 second as per IS 8623.
  • 1250 A Temperature test as per IS 8623 1993

2. Degree of protection

  • Encioser type tested at ARAI.Pune (India) as per 15 -13947 (Part I) 1993 i.e.

3. L.T.Panel

  • design short –circuit with stand strength Tested at CPRI Bhopal
  • 100 KA/85 KA/65 KA/50 KA for 1 sec
  • 5000 A Temp-Rise Test

4. Approval of Control Panel at TARIF Adversary Committee, Mumbai regional Office (India) TARIF Adversary Committee, Mumbai regional Office (India)

  • Tested as per Factory builts. Assembly upto - 3500 AMP .Temp rise limit tested as per IS:8623 Part-1,1993.Tested as per Factory

5. Type Tested at ERDA for HT Pane

  • Short type withstand current and peak withstand current test 26.1 KA rms for 3 second as per IEC:62271 -100 (2001) & IEC 60694 (2002)
  • 1OOO amp temperature rised test as per IEC: 62271-200 (2003)
  • voltage withstand test insulation level -12kV / 28 kv rms /75kVP as per IS:3427 (1997)/IEC 298 (1990)
  • Dry power frequency voltage withstand test 12kV .26.1 kA for 3 second 6> 28 kV rms for 1 minute as per IS 3427 -1997 / IEC 298 (1990) 33 KV, 1250 A SF6/VCB Breaker Panel, Panel Type Tested At Electrical Reacherch and Development Association (ERDA) for :-

- Short CirCuit ( 26.3 KA) for 3 Sec. as IS 8623
- Lightning Impulse Voltage Withstand Test
- Dry Power Ferquency Voltage Withstand Test.
