Portable Hydraulic Oil Filtration Machines

Original filters supplied along with the machines are always undersized for filtration: This may be perhaps due to want of space, cost reduction & cleanliness level maintained in clean environment. Filters are very expensive & not easily available. Proper performance of the machine in case of Hydraulic & for Grinding coolant is related to finish product Reduce in Oil change intervals & less down time. This portable unit is based on flow thru filtration with a high flow pump as compared to parallel flow filtration with a low flow pump in EOC. Typical usage is 2hours for 100 litres of oil tank in 2-4 weeks. In contrast EOC has to be operated continuously with extra recurring cost No problem for moisture content in Hydraulic oil.

• Pressure gauge, drain valve, vent valve, suction strainer
• Electric DOL starter + Cable
