Departments

1. Plant Head

Plant head ensure that plants operate safely, produce high-quality products and remain profitable. They are also responsible for ensuring that plants produce their production quotas in order to fill orders

2. Design and Developments

The first obligation of the engineer is to develop more detailed quantitative information which defines the task to be accomplished in order to satisfy the goal. The process of creating a design that is an original representation, that is, a prototype, for a proposed object or system.

3. Production

The planning and control of the mechanical means of changing the shape, condition, and relationship of materials within industry toward greater effectiveness and value.

4. Quality Section

Quality control emphasizes testing of products to uncover defects and reporting to management who make the decision to allow or deny product release, whereas quality assurance attempts to improve and stabilize production (and associated processes) to avoid, or at least minimize, issues which led to the defect(s) in the first place.

5. Inspection Area

An inspection is, most generally, an organized examination or formal evaluation exercise. In engineering activities inspection involves themeasurements, tests, and gauges applied to certain characteristics in regard to an object or activity.

6. Packing

7. Daily Dispatch

Dispatch is the process of allocating the required load demand between the available generation units such that the cost of operation is minimized.
