We specialize in designing control panels for Industrial and Marine Applications since 1989. We setup our own Laser cutting and sheet metal fabrication unit in 1999 and been developing and manufacturing enclosures for our panels in-house ever since. We also tend to the requirements of our wide customer base for precision cut part. We expanded our technical capabilities with specialization in Data Acquisition and Control Systems in 2013.

We now integrate hardware and software layers to offer turnkey solutions to meet customer requirements for test, measurement, inspection, control & monitoring applications with pin point accuracy. We have successfully joined the Alliance Partner Network of National Instruments (NI) in 2014.

DIGILOG (Regd Trade Mark) was founded in year 1985 by four technocrats with experience in ship building industry for designing and manufacturing Electrical Control Panels for Marine Applications, OEMs and other industries.
Since then we have expanded our operations into four distinct areas namely

We have our Head Office, Integration & Assembly Unit and Fabrication Shop within Electronic Zone, MIDC Mahape.

Design and Manufacturing Electrical Controls Division

We design and manufacture electrical systems for ships and other industrial plants. Products include Electrical Panels for Marine, Defence& Industry such as Main Switch Board, Distribution Boards, Starter Panels, special purpose panels for ships, Defence Applications, We undertake development and manufacturing to turn-key control panels to meet the applicationspecific requirements to the customer

Sheet Metal Fabrication and Laser Cutting Services

This facility was established basically to cater for our Electrical Control Panels with Amada Laser Cutting & Bending Machines, CO2 & Argon welding equipments, and other accessories. Now we also offer our services for Laser Cutting of sheet metal parts & allied activities.

Smart Systems Design and Allied Software Support & Services

We have recently been appointed as ALLIANCE PARTNER BY NATIONAL INSTRUMENTS, an US multinational known for reliable hardware and software platforms for Test, Measurement, Control and inspection systems components.

Instrumentation and Control Systems Design & Integration Activities

This division is involved with design of Control, & instrumentation systems specific to particular industry or application. We offer services in specifying and selecting the sensors, integrating them and controlling them to realise the specific function/process by the clients.we offer systems integrated with drives and SCANDA Platforms we support PLC from various recognized manufacturers like siemens, ABB, schnieder, Rockwell etc.
