Mr. H. K. Desai - Managing Director
EAEPL is ably lead by its founder and Managing Director, Shri H. K. Desai, a visionary entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in environmental consultancy. Working as a project engineer in the initial years of his career, Shri Desai gained extensive knowledge about environmental impacts of modern day industrial and commercial development, and set out on his own with the sole objective of providing wide ranging solutions to the ever growing problems of environmental degradation.
He started his own firm in 1991, and over the next two decades, almost single handedly, guided the company to be recognized as one the most respected environmental consultants in Mumbai and other parts of Maharashtra. Today, his passion towards successful mitigation of environmental issues remains as fiery as ever, as he marches the company towards scaling newer and bigger heights.
Mr. Rohan Desai - Director
Next in command is Rohan Desai, the Director of the company. He finished his graduate degree in B.E. Chemical Engineering from Mumbai University in the year 2010. He worked for a year as project engineer in the company before proceeding to UK to pursue his master's degree. He post-graduated from Cranfield University, UK in the field of Water and Wastewater Engineering in the year 2011-12. He got awarded by British Water group for the best group design project in 2012.
Mr. Shankar Katoley - Environmental Impact Assessment Co-ordinator
After retiring from State Environment Department as Director and serving as Pollution Control Board Advisor, he has been actively leading our team of EIA scientists.
Mr. Vivek Kulkarni - Vice President
An international expert on mangroves, he is our Vice President and chief technical officer. Mr. Kulkarni has a wide experience in the environmental field and has worked in corporate and NGO sectors. He has also served on various government and non government committees.
Sailee Khot - Admin & Accounts Manager
She has been a core part of the Envrio team for 20 years. She handles admin and the accounts department of the company.
Neeta Naik - Client Relation & Accounts Manager
She has an experience of more than 15 years with Enviro. She manages all the client relations for business development under the leadership of the top management.
Shravanee Patole - Associate Manager (Consent/Systems -Coordinator)
An Msc in Environmental Studies she has an experience of 18 years in the environmental field. She ensures handling of smooth operational process for consent work & post monitoring handling process with laboratory personnel and its submissions to government authorities.
Sandeep Gabhane - Branch Manager, Nagpur social science and headed of the Nagpur branch and has more than 11 years of experience in various fields of Social and Environmental Development and Resettlement Planning, NGO Coordination, Resettlement Action Plan, R & R Policies, CSR and Business Development.
Dr. Nilambari Daripkar - Manager Laboratory Admin & R & D
Working as Manager for Laboratory Admin as well as Research & Development Department in EAEPL. Responsible for the overall conduct of Laboratory performance and maintaining well organized coordination between various internal departments, other branches of our company.
Dr Jai Prakash - Lab Manager
An Analytical Chemist, he completed his doctorate from Institute of Science, Mumbai. He has a total experience of 40 years with some of the top laboratories in India and abroad. Dr.Jai Prakash has some reactions on his credit.
