Salient Features:

• Machines are fabricated under specialized supervision of efficient engineers and workers.
• Each machine is delivered after full test and trail, you can do inspection of machine in our workshop at the time of machine delivery.
• Information regarding fitting, mixing is given along with while delivery.
• Some machines are supplied without Motor, Starter and v-belt.
• As per rule in Punjab VAT (Tax) Surcharge @5.5% is charged, in case TIN No. VAT (Tax) is charged. Out of atate @5.5% VAT(Tax) is charged. On providing ‘C’ Form @ 2% CST is charged.
• Above mentioned rates Ex-factory, Moahli. Delivery Packing, Transportation charges are extra. For machines bigger than 20H.P., machine should be unloaded with chain-block by fastening chain in hooks of body. Don’t fasten chain with shaft of machine.
• Bankers: State bank of Patiala, Phase-7, industrial area, Mohali and you can also send draft of any bank payable at Chandigarh.
• Advance of 25% is to be deposited at the time of machine order and balance to be deposited in Mohali Office in form of draft or cash before delivery. In case banl loan send bank ltter for sending the machine through bank document. Bank documents are not sent for door delivery.
• Many machines can run with 960, 1440 , 2900 rpm motors, high speed oil engines, generator, counter shafts, etc.
• 1 to 3 H.P. single phase electric motor requires 210 to 220 voltage machine can run on domestic electric connection power. To run on generators, buy 40 H.P. and above motors with soft starter only. So that in case of power shutdown machine gets started without getting choked, 3 phase motor require 415 to 440 voltage. If voltage is low, production reduces.
• Production outoput assumed is based on 1st time feeding of raw material and based on genuine raw material, but it gets affected by softness, harness and quality of raw. Moisture content also affects the production.
• Always purchase brand new and standard companies motor. If old motor and starter are used production is not optimum.
• The customers must start operating any of the machines only after taking pratical knowledge about fittig, repairing, operating instructions at our premises at his own costs by himself or any of his representative for one to three days.
• Some mahines are under warranty of period of one year ex. Factory Mohali. That’s too for fitting, repairing and running the machine as per shift mentioned in the list. It doesn’t cover lubricants, wear and tear also. Fast moving and running parts are also not covered and have no warranty. We are not liable to pay any compensation for the working of machines.
• In the catalogue some machines are shown wih motor and pulley belt covers. These are shown like this for your convenience. But these are not provided alongwith some machines. Discuss and get cleared at the time of order.
• Foreign customers are submitted quotation according to Indian currency(INR) rates. Foreigners are bound to pay other expenses like transportation, shipping charges, agent or agency charges, packing, etc. only in Indian Currency (INR), at the time of delivery.
• As soon as new rates are in efeect, from that date prior lists are considered as void.
• Sizes of machines are of latest pattern mm and kg. To convert them in inches and feet divide the size by25.4.
