Alkali immersion Heaters :

Made for heating acidic solutions, Hotwatt's Silica Cased Immersion Heaters are made ofhigh grade imported fused silica tubing with remountable heating element inside. They are provided with heat resistant rubber cap and a connecting cable.
Application:

  • Used for achieving high temperatures in all acids
  • Ferric chloride etching baths
  • Anodising, bright dip baths, except hydrofluoric and phosphoric acid
Oil immersion Heaters:

Hotwatt's Oil immersion heaters are Steel tubular sheathed and welded to a C.I. flange. They are also provided with a Thermostat pocket, earthing terminals, and cap.
Application :

  • Oil immersion heaters are used for fuel oil heating. They are suitable for systems which supply hot oil to plastic & chemicals processes.
  • They are used in oil jacketted kettles and similar equipments.
Commercial water immersion Heater :

Hotwatt's Commercial water immersion heaters are sheathed in a copper tube and brazed with Brass flange which is chrome plated. They are provided with an earthing terminal and a metallic cap for protection of terminals.
Application:

  • Light duty (intermittent) boilers
  • Washing machines

Industrial water immersion Heaters

Hotwatt's Industrial water immersion heaters are sheathed in a Copper tube with nickel chrome plating. The heating element is brazed to a brass flange, which is provided with earthing terminals and a metallic cap for protection of the terminals.
Application :

  • Heavy duty industrial hot water baths
  • water jacketted apparatus
  • side arm circulating process tanks
Immersion Heater For Vertical use (Re-Wireable Bobin type)

Made from M.S./S.S. Titanium or Lead bonded pipe with clamp late, with replaceable refractory insulated heating element inside.
Application :

  • In water, oil, foodstuff, alkaline solutions, anodising and plating baths.
  • Lead Bonded heaters are used in phosphoric acid, chromic acid etc.
  • Titanium sheathed heaters are used in nitric and chromic acid solutions etc.
