Induction Heater - Series 'HIB'

The life of Rolling Bearings and other torque transmitting steel components, which are shrunk-fit on shafts, may get cut short due to rough handling and faulty installation or mounting methods. This can be avoided by expanding them by induction heating for the purpose of mounting.

Induction Heater -Series 'HIR'

Inventum Induction Heater Model HIR-25/40 is specially designed to dismount and mount the Inner Races of Cylindrical Roller Bearings used on the Axles of Railway Rolling Stock and in Traction Motors. The equipment can also be used for similar applications by other industries.

Mobile Hydraulic Press - Series 'HIPR-100/70'

INVENTUM Mobile Hydraulic Press Series-'HIPR-100/70' is a specially designed equipment for Mounting and Dismounting of Cartridge Type Taper Roller Bearing Units (CTRBUs) used in Rolling Stock of Indian Railways on Class ' E' Axle Journal (6'x11').

Oil Injection Equipment- Model 'INV-IP-02'

The pressure required to dismount bearing assemblies generally is in the 200 to 500 kg/cm2 range; and for torque-transmission joints is in the 800 to 1800 kg/cm2 range. It is only in exceptional cases that a pressure of 2500 kg/cm2 is required.

Hydraulic Bearing Extractor -Series 'MIW'

Hydraulic Bearing Extractor INVENTUM developed a unique concept as Mobile Workstation to dismount direct mounted bearings without any damage or scoring to the bearing bore or shaft seating, with minimal force. This equipment is specially designed to inject oil under high pressure between the bearing bore and shaft seating, enabling the bearing to be pulled out floating on thin film of oil.

Automated Hydraulic Bearing Extractor -Series 'DWT-MOT'

The 'DWT MOT' Series Automated Hydraulic Bearing Extractor is a specially designed compact, mobile equipment for dismounting spherical roller bearings shrynk fitted (i.e. direct mounted) on cylindrical journals of wheel sets of ICF Coaches (BG/MG) and EMUs of Indian Railways.
