Executive Team

Philip Francis – Director
Philip has over 35 years of experience in the tooling industry. He specialises in design and manufacturing of pressure die casting dies and gravity die casting dies. He ahs previously worked with Sunbeam Auto, Endurance Technologies Ltd. He retired from Endurance at GM- Tool Room. Post retirement he founded Concept Engineers in the Year 2008, which was incorporated as Joswin Engineering Pvt Ltd in April 2013. He continues to be a part of Joswin as a Director and contributing to the further growth of Joswin into a world class tool room facility.

Ashwin Deshmukh – Director
Ashwin has over 9 years of experience in manufacturing, projects management, business development, key account management and branding. His technical and commercial skills make him highly effective in developing marketing models and implementing innovative strategies across multiple verticals. Prior to Joswin, Ashwin worked as a Vice President – Sales & Marketing in Uptime Infratel. He has earned his Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Production Engineering from Mumbai University.

Jose Mathew – Director
Jose has 30 years of rich experience in Factory administration, Safety & Statutory norms, Procurement, Stores, Transportation, Invoicing, Vendor development. Liaoning, Budgeting, Customer interaction, Public relation, Reconciliation, Receivable & Payables in various manufacturing and service sectors in Pune, He earned MBA in marketing management &  MBA in retail management. Previously he was associated with BG Shirke, Impression Engineers, DSRF, Mohan Meakings Ltd, EEL Engg Ltd, Ganges Internationale, Pandav Electricals & Uptime Infratel etc. During his tenure he proved that Employee Work Passion always , in turn is a key factor in creating Customer Devotion and Organizational Vitaliy.
