TRAINING, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING

We provide comprehensive training in the operation and maintenance of the machine. The training covers all mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic equipment including the control panels of the machine. The aim is to develop an understanding of the machine, its control, and peripheral equipment for satisfactory operation and necessary maintenance by the customer’s Engineers and Technicians.

RECONDITIONING AND REPAIRING

  • We offer re-conditioning and rehabilitation of old machines & worn-out machines.
  • Before re-conditioning the old or worn-out machine, we survey to check the current status and then mutually decide the scope of work for the re-conditioning.


Scope of Reconditioning undertaken by us:


  • Complete dismantling, repair, and replacement of all components, sub-assemblies, and accessories as per the scope of work.
  • Complete assembly of the machine after reworking, repair, and replacement.
  • All the works considered essential for efficient and trouble-free operation to achieve the specified productivity and accuracy after reconditioning.
  • Replacement of perishable spares covering the complete range of mechanical, hydraulic, rubber, and electrical required for normal maintenance.
  • Arranging inspection after completing reconditioning work.
  • Repair and modification in the existing foundation or design & construction of the new foundation, if required as per the consignee’s requirement.
  • Repair or replacement of Auxiliary Engine if required and as per the scope of work.
  • Modification work as per the requirements of the end-user to enhance the utilization of the machine which is permissible by appropriate authorities.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

KAM-AVIDA, in addition to designing and manufacturing machines, we are specialists in proving scheduled maintenance services. Our priority is to manufacture quality machines and provide in-time maintenance services. We offer customized as well as standard Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for the complete machine along with all its accessories for a period of 2/ 3 / 5 years after the expiry of the warranty period.
