Pneumatic Conveying Systems

It is the most versatile and speedy method of transferring bulk material from one point to another within a defined area. The two main methods involved are either pressure or vacuum conveying. The selection of the method depends on the type of material, its characteristics, distances involved and environmental attributes.Very widely used in food, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, agro industries, power, cement, textiles,etc. The systems are designed for specific applications like conveying of cement in cement plants; conveying of grains, sugars in food, sugar & confectionery industries; conveying of sensitive bulk drug powders in pharmaceutical industries, etc. The material of construction can be offered to suit the material to be handled. Anti-static flexible hoses are used for flexibility. Filter bags of appropriate synthetic fabric are employed. Conveyors

Vibratory Feeder

We manufacture MSPL Electromagnetic/Electromechanical Vibratory Feeder which is capable of conveying bulk material from storage to processing or between processes at a continuous controlled rate of flow.These Vibrating Feeders are used in processing industries for handling al types of materials such as hot, damp, lumpy, dusty or abrasive for various functions like flow of material from storage, proportioning and blending, packaging, mixing, weighing, sprinkling, screening, scaling, crushing, washing, drying, heating, cooling, dusting, spreading, batching and etc.
Vibrating Feeders can be supplied with foot mounted, over hanging or combined single magnet drive or with twin, dual twin magnet drives or with multiple drives to serve as vibrating conveyors.
MSPL Vibratory Feeders are available in a variety of trough size and shapes as per IS:8723-1978. This feeders are supplied through a half-wave rectifier resulting into 3000 vibrations per minute at 50Hz. The amplitude of vibrations can be varied to vary the feed rate externally with the help of variac provided in the control panel.The vibratory tray is robustly fabricated and fitted with wear resistance plate. Tray can be made to suit individuals requirements.
