1. SUPERFIT GAJAR SOUP
PROTEIN SOUP (SERVES 3)
3 tbs SUPERFIT Soymilk powder
2 Big Carrots – chopped
1 Medium Potato – pealed and chopped
¼ tsp Ginger – grated or paste
1 Onion (s) chopped
1 Tablespoon (s) oil or Butter
250 ml Hot water
Salt, Black Pepper and Mint or Green Coriander to season.
Steps To Prepare It
1. Boil chopped carrot and potatoes in a vessel for about 7 minutes or till tender cool.2. Prepare SUPERFIT Soymilk; Take Natural SUPERFIT Soymilk powder in a cup and gradually add 100 ml hot water while mixing briskly. Add the remaining water.
3. Add SUPERFIT Soymilk, boiled carrot and Potato, salt and pepper and blend in a blender / mixer.
4. Heat oil or butter on medium heat in a pan for few second. Add the chopped onions. Fry on medium heat for about 4 minutes or till onions lose whiteness, then add ginger paste.
5. Now add vegetable pour. If it’s too thick than add some water to reach the required consistency. Stir well. Bring to boil and then keep on low heat for about 3 minutes.
6. Garnish with chopped mint or green coriander.
7.Serve hot with; bread sticks.
2. FIRNI
4.25 tbs SUPERFIT Soymilk Powder
500 ml Hot water
2 tbs Basmati Rice
3 tbs Sugar
1/8 tsp Saffron, Cardamoms powder thinly sliced Almonds and Pistachio rose petals and silver leaf.

Steps To Prepare It
1. Soak rice in tap water for 1 hour, drain and crush with a rolling pin or grind in a mixie until texture resemble semolina / sooji.2. Prepare SUPERFIT Soymilk; Take Natural SUPERFIT Soymilk powder in cup and gradually adds 300 ml hot water while mixing briskly. Add the remaining water.
3. Boil SUPERFIT Soymilk in a thick bottomed pan.
4. Reduce the heat. Add ground rice and continue cooking on the low heat.
5. When rice is well cooked and the rest of the ingredients stirring constantly.
6. Pour into the clay dishes (remember to soak the dish) and leave to cool.
7. Garnish with silver leaf and rose petals and serve.
3. SEVAI KHEER
3.5 tbs SUPERFIT Soymilk Powder
250 ml Hot water
3 tbs Seavi & Sugar
1 tbs Butter of Ghee (optional)
Kevada for flavour
Steps To Prepare It
1. Roast Sevai in a pan in butter or without butter, until pinkish.2. Prepare SUPERFIT Soymilk; Take Natural SUPERFIT Soymilk powder in a cup and gradually add 100 ml hot water while mixing briskly. Add remaining water.
3. In a thick bottom pan, boil SUPERFIT Soymilk. Add roasted Sevie, Cook on low heat Setting, stirring occasionally.
4. When Sevai gets soft and milk starts getting thick, add sugar, add kevada flavour.
5. Pour into serving dish. It can be served fold or hot. Fresh fruit slices go very well when served cold. Try mango slices, peach slices or graps or strawberry any of your favorite fruit.
6. This can be served for breakfast as hot cereal or pudding after meals.
4. SOOJI PUDDING
2 tbs Natural SUPERFIT Soymilk powder
250 ml Hot water
2.5 tbs Sooji (Semolina)
2.0 tbs Sugar
2 Almond soaked and thinly sliced
¼ tbs Ghee or Butter
Cardamom and Saffron Leaves for decoration and flavour
Steps To Prepare It
1. Heat the ghee / butter in a frying pan and roast sooji until pinkish.2. Prepare SUPERFIT Soymilk: Take Natural Soymilk powder in a cup and gradually add 100 ml hot water while mixing briskly. Add the remaining water and a pinch of salt.
3. In a thick bottom pan, boil SUPERFIT Soymilk (just made with powder), and roasted Sooji slowly, while stirring to avoid lumps, Cook on low heat setting, stirring constantly. When Sooji gets cooked and the milk gets thick, add sugar and rest of the ingredient.
4. Pour into serving dish (clay dish gives a goods flavour) to cool. Garnish with rose petals or seasonal fruits. i.e., Mango slices or Strawberry.
5. This is excellence source of protein and minerals and can be served for breakfast as hot cereal.
5. SOY MILK
Soy milk 6g Protein
Steps To Prepare It
1 tbs Natural SUPERFIT Instant Soymilk powder can be mixed With 200 ml water to make SUPERFIT Soymilk liquid.1. Take 1 tbs (13-14gms) Natural SUPERFIT Soymilk powder and optionally ½ tsp* sugar in a large cup and gradually add 100 ml warm / cold water while mixing gently.
Once the powder is mixed well, add the remaining 100 ml water.
2. Add a pinch of salt.
3. You may now have it hot or cold, add any flavour and sweetener to taste or you may use it in cooking (as a replacement to cow’s milk or soymilk sold in liquid form).
6. YOGURT / DAHI
Take 2 tbs of Natural SUPERFIT Soymilk powder in a cup with ½ tbs sugar and gradually add 200 ml hot water while mixing briskly. Mix with hand mixer for ½ minute.
1. Add a pinch of salt and mix. Let it cool to a little warmer than room temperature (same temperature as for making milk yogurt).
2. Add yogurt culture, or 2 tsp milk yogurt or 2 tsp SUPERFIT yogurt (from previous batch). Stir well to mix properly.
3. Cover the container and place in a warm place. Yogurt will form in 4 – 8 hours, depending on the temperature.
7. ROTI / CHAPATI / POORI / PARATHA
Bread (roti, chapatti, poori, paratha) made with a mixture of neutral SUPERFIT instant soymilk powder and whole wheat flour is high in protein and very light in texture. Rotis and pooris become very soft and light. Just mix 1 tbs Natural SUPERFIT Soymilk powder with 6 tbs wheat flour and make dough suitable for Roti or poori or paratha.Use this dough as you would any dough for making Roti/Chapatti/Poori/Paratha.
