We have our manufacturing facilities at two sites, namely MIDC Bhosari and MIDC Chakan. Both the sites are located near Pune in Maharashtra, India. We boast of an annual manufacturing capacity of 10,000 MT and are also working towards expansion.

We operate on a continuous three-shift operation and have a 100% capacity utilization. Since the company is using its full capacity, the company has to make alternate arrangements to process the intermediates from outside. The company procures its main synthetic emulsion on a processing basis from M/s Kroslink Polymers Pvt. Ltd., Pune. This arrangement ensures consistent quality and regular supplies of intermediates at reasonable price.

The entire factory has flame proof electrical connections and has various sizes of reaction kettles. We have Reactors (20 No) ranging from Capacity 150 Kg to 6 MT.

The Company has a very sophisticated quality control laboratory for raw material and finished goods testing. It includes various types of indigenous and imported equipments and apparatus.
