Infrastructure

The group has very sophisticated & extensive infrastructure in-house for manufacturing of structural steel and TMT Bars.

R & D lab. Checks and rechecks the material with its chemical and metallurgical composition and maintenance the level of quality in different grade of structural steel and TMT Bars. To maintain the temperature of steel during the rolling process coal fired furnace is used to heat billets up to 1200 C.

The entire process of compression and elongation during the manufacturing is integrated and automated at every pass involved during the rolling of steel.
