Rotary Screen & Air wash separator:
For efficient and economical blasting, properly designed and executed abrasive separating system is very vital. It consists of a receiving chamber. The abrasive is spread over the entire receiving chamber with the help of screw conveyor and rotary screen. The rotary screen in addition to spreading separates abrasive from larger particles like nuts, nails and other foreign particles etc. The larger particles are conveyed to the end of the rotary screen from where these are discharged through the refusal pipe. Screened abrasive get collected in the receiving zone and is deposited behind a fixed but adjustable metering gate and is allowed to fall in a uniform curtain through an air wash and separation zone.
Large Mini Grit Recovery System:
Spent Abrasive will have to be collected manually from the Blast Room and then to be dumped into the bucket elevator bottom, it will then be lifted to the Rotary Screen & air wash separator. Here the dust and other foreign particles are separated. The system houses dedicated Dust Collector unit. Screened and reusable abrasive is then stored in a storage silo for further use. The Blast Generator Hopper can be placed below the storage silo and abrasive can then be fed to the blast machine directly.
Mobile Small Type Mini Grit Recovery System:
Mobile grit recovery module is the most useful unit for recovery and recycling the spent abrasive on open sites or at blast room. This unit is designed and manufactured for transporting it at any location without dismantling the same. This mobile unit is complete with manual feed hopper, dust collector and cleaning cascade ready for use on site.
Multi Screw Conveyor Compact Collection System:
Multi Screw Conveyor Compact Collection System, which will collect and convey the abrasive by using Screw Conveyor and subsequently for recycling. This will raise the floor by approximately 275 to 300 mm and reduce the available room height accordingly. Ideal for where large pit not possible.
