INTRODUCTION & SPECIAL FEATURES

''AMRIT'' presses are manufactured under the favorable manufacturing conditions and cover a wide range of applications like blanking, forming, cutting piercing, bending, punching, trimming, coining, cold forging etc. “AMRIT'' presses is the result of experience of years in machinery company has started manufacturing coining &cold forging knuckle joint presses in 2002 & also started hot forging presses in 2007.

FRAME : Frame is rigid, stress relieved welded steel frame from high quality tested plate built to absorb the heavy work load imposed an application.

FOUNDRY SECTION : We have modernized foundry in our factory for casting parts made of high grade cast iron.

CRANK SHAFT : Shaft is made from special alloy steel to withstand the effective load, fitted in Ph, Bronze bushes with high accuracy.

FLY WHEEL : made of high grade cast iron, designed to generate the required energy the fly wheel rotates on anti friction bearing.

CLUTCH : Machines are designed with mechanical & pneumatic clutch as per customers requirement Single & Multi disc clutches are available on demand.

LUBRICATION : Lubrication system is provided to lubricate the sliding surfaces and all the moving parts of press.

DESIGN : We also design presses as per customers requirement with special specification.

Special attention has been paid for the strength of the slide and the bed structure to stand to minimize eliminating deformity of the parts of the press.
