Aluminium die casting

In this technique, the mould is generally not destroyed at each cast but is permanent, being made of a metal such as cast iron or steel. There are a number of die casting processes, as summarised in Figure 2. High pressure die casting is the most widely used, representing about 50% of all light alloy casting production.

Low pressure die casting currently accounts for about 20% of production and its use is increasing. Gravity die casting accounts for the rest, with the exception of a small but growing contribution from the recently introduced vacuum die casting and squeeze casting process.

Aluminium Mould

Our high quality moulds, with superior dimensional accuracy and surface finish ensure that Armour is foremost in this field, having Clients all over the World. The latest equipment and our skilled workforce enable us to carry out all types of aluminium mould work from simple moulds to complex projects with mechanically moving parts.

In our factory we have our own non-ferrous foundry and we carry out all aluminium casting in-house. Our large CNC machining centre provides the accuracy required in the finished mould. We also maintain traditional engineering pattern making skills.

Leak Proof Aluminium Gravity Die Casting

We also offer a broad array of Leak Proof Aluminium Gravity Die Castings, which is dimensionally accurate. Our products possess all the required mechanical attributes and are thus, ideal for use in electronic industry. These leak proof aluminium gravity die castings are available in standard as well as customized forms as per the technical specifications given by our clients.

Manufactured as per industrial specifications, our Leak Proof Aluminium Gravity Die Casting is highly acclaimed by domestic and global clients. Precise machining and qualitative manufacturing of the Leak Proof Aluminium Gravity Die Casting makes it offer dependable performance in the harshest conditions with ease.

Alluminium Sand Casting

These green sand casting parts are high quality and very cost effective.

Alluminium Sand casting still remains one of the more popular methods for producing inexpensive, ductile iron repeatable castings with significant cast-in features. Because green sand casting or ductile gray iron casting process typically requires a large amount of labor, we are able to utilize our low cost structures in India, and provide a low cost final product, lower than almost any other Alluminium sand casting manufacturer.
