Mr. Kaushik Kulkarni's working experience spans over 17 years working with large conglomerate in India, USA and the UK. He has been associated with the company since its inception. His leadership, technology insight and operational expertise have strengthened SIPL's culture of innovation, expanded the company into new markets, and extended its product portfolio and global reach. He has extensive experience in the Field of Sales and Marketing, Branding and Developing core Strength within the organization. He also has detailed know how in the segments of Manufacturing Engineering, Advanced Business Development projects and managing international operations. His expertise is in automotive, aerospace engineering, information technology industry and making them successful large enterprises in international environments. He has also completed SAP Certification prior to the inception of SIPL. One of the most prominent of all is his ability to spearhead the organization with widespread interests in Designing, Development, and Organized Growth backed with through Risk Calculations and an intellectual advisory board.

• Head of Finance, HR & Administration : Mr. Prakash Dhanawade
Mr. Prakash Dhanawade has been heading Accounts – Finance, Human resources and administration divisions of our Company, has been associated with Mr. Kulkarni with the past 20 years. He is an esteemed Masters degree holder in Commerce from University of Pune since 1979. He has over 31 years of specialized work experience in various fields like Accounts, Audit Management,( Statutory as well as International) managing statutory compliances, purchase, sales and import accounting. He comes from a complete Financial background working with the Advani Group of companies for the last 30 odd years and dealing with Auditors like Deloitte Touche and Price Waterhouse Coopers.

• Chief Executive Officer : Mr. Atul Kulkarni.
Mr. Atul Kulkarni is our detail-oriented Chief Executive Officer who balances all the technical programs and cross functional projects with any challenge, always acts as a mentor. He has been associated with information technology industry since last 15 plus years. Prior to SIPL, Atul has worked with Oracle and is a registered member of National Skill Registry (NSR -an initiative of NASSCOM). He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional and has worked with various industries in management and technology. He also stands on the board of branded companies like Scion Management Consulting Technologies Pvt Ltd who lead domestically as well as internationally in managements. May it be an Admin query or a Finance Calculation Query, Mr. Atul Kulkarni always has a solution.

• Head Quality Assurance : Mrs. Seema Kulkarni
Mrs. Seema has joined the Company as Quality and Testing Lead. She has done her Masters in Computer Management and achieved 5 + years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance in the United States. She has worked with global companies such as Eli Lilly And Company (Lilly) Indianapolis where she has headed the Quality Assurance department for Life Sciences and Federal Projects. Seema is a first senior member of Quality and Testing unit in the organization and is accountable for quality assurance and testing processes, aligning quality and testing processes with requirements, build and other processes required for delivering products and services to our clients, building Quality and testing team, ensuring quality of all the client deliverables and certifying the same. Seema Kulkarni serves as a backbone to the Organization that certifies our Quality Levels and lends a helping hand in maintaining the same.
