The conventional method of fixing rebar on the couplers is by rotating the threaded rebar. But in a situation where it is difficult or impossible to rotate the rebar on to coupler Union couplers is the ideal solution. UNION COUPLER is an assembly of three components as shown in following images. In this type of couplers the top and bottom end can rotate independently.

Couplers are manufactured in our factory on CNC machines. Threading on to the rebar is done at project site with machineries installed and operated by SGH. It involves rebar cutting, forging the rebar and threading the rebar as follows.
