Manufacturing Facilities
Shivam’s manufacturing facilities for all types of switchboards standard products are at Kalher, Ambernath, Dist Thane and Powai, Mumbai. These facilities are spreaded in total are of 25000 Sq. and follow world-class processes including Lean Manufacturing, Forced Draft Ventilation System, Total Quality Management, and Value Engineering. The manufacturing units have a testing facility that includes 2000 A primary injection current source, 2.5 kV insulation testers, and Secondary current injection source.
The quality management systems at all factories conform to ISO 90012008, ISO 14001 2004 & OHSAS 18001 2007 Standards. All facilities have dedicated areas.
