- Plant : 6000 sq.ft. production / office area.
- Production assembly area is protected by antistatic mats & wrist bands & fully temperature controlled enviroments.
- Man-Power - 45.
Pune Unit
- Plant:5000 sq ft production/office area.
- Production assy area is protected by antistatic mats & wrist bands & fully tempertaure controlled enviroment for smd.
- Man power- 25.
Testing/Inspection
- 100% testing has been done on jig itself , all the parameters has been checked as per test-instructions.
- 100% testing before & after burning test.
- For power-supplies actual load conditions has been worked out & same has been simulated on testing jig. thus preventing failure at customer end.
- Incomming inspection for each item & 100% online inspection.
- 100% testing & final inspection before despatch.
Rohs Compliant
- Process Implemented from year 2006.
- 100% material procured RoHS Compliant only as per custmer requirements.
- Solder /solder paste /soldering station /wave soldering machine are seperatly used for RoHS PCB.
