A. Tips For Best results from Inkjet Printer and Inkjet Inks.......

• Use Inkjet printer every day. At least maintain good nozzle pattern every day.
• Keep Printer in Dust-Free environment.
• Keep printer and Inks in controlled environment and temperature of 15 deg C to 30 deg C.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight exposure to avoid damage to Ink and Printer Electronics.
• Do not mix different types of Inks as different inks are made from different type of raw material which may not be compatible with each other. E.g. mixing dye ink with pigment ink. Clean ink supply system before changeover.
• Clean printer cleaning station once every month. If cleaning station is not clean enough, it will not be able to prime print-head properly.
• Change / maintain Ink supply Dampers time to time.

B. Tips For Good Colour / Image reproduction

• Calibrate your monitor and scanners.
• Set your viewing angle, lighting conditions consistent for image observation as well as our display monitor.
• Calibrate your printer (ICC Profiling) with your media and Ink. Please remember that profiling is specific for media, ink and printing environment. So keep your Inks, Media and environment consistent.
• Be consistent on image editing and printing software and version of the same. Image editor have their own colour management system.
• Use TIFF instead of JPEG.

C. Tips For Ink Change Over / Cleaning Ink Supply System

• Do not mix different types of Inks as different inks are made from different type of raw material which may not be compatible with each other. E.g. mixing dye ink with pigment ink. Clean ink supply system before changeover.
• For switching inks from one type to another, flush ink system properly with flushing fluid / transfer solution. Do not use Alcohol, water or any head cleaning solution.
• Change dampers while switching inks.
