Quality

Our group is quality conscious and has a very thorough quality control process. The quality parameters include:

• Quality of the PP tape which includes thread denier , color and finish
• Bag Strength
• Quality of stitching-Hemming and Bottom stitch
• Bag size and mesh
• Electronic quantity check-Bale Packaging

The quality assessment is done on a regular basis to ensure that the customer has no complaints with the product appearance as well as the product performance.

The quality control process is executed right from the PP tape manufacturing stage to the final Bale packaging stage. The packaging is done in a way which guarantees, ease of handling and transportation.
