Our quality systems have been designed to comply with the latest automotive quality system standards and are in the process of acquiring the necessary certifications. Some of the sophisticated inspection and testing facilities that have been set up for assuring product quality and reliability help us to protect the customer and provide the right solution to OEM requirements on time. • We use only vaccum degassed/AOD and bottom poured ingots for forging.
• Every incoming steel ingot is verified by chemical testing at NABL approved labs.
• All forgings are identified by using job numbers to assist in tracebility of forgings.
• In house chemical and mechanical testing facilities.
• The forgings are dispatched only after quality department issues dispatch clearance.
• Thermal calibration of heat treatment furnace are done on a routine basis.
• All systems and records of production and quality are maintained and available for customer reference.
