Tranformer Facility - Transformers that are manufactured under Super brand range from 63KVA to 5000KVA, depending upon the customers specification. From cutting lamination inhouse to even drawing the copper for HV and LV coil and even covering them is done in house at our facility, the tank is also manufactured in house only, as we manufacture everything in house it gives us an edge over our competitors to maintain high level of quality & keep cost under check.
Lamination Cutting Facility

• ⇒ High precision cutting and log stacking system, for low core losses.
• ⇒ Easy material handling and core stacking.
• ⇒ Use cold rolled grained oriented steel sheet of various grade as per requirement.
• ⇒ We also do lamination cutting & assembly for CTPT.
• ⇒ Annealing process is available.

Ring Main Unit Facility - We have our RMU Facility at airoli store , where we stock the RMU’s of different rating as per customer’s order and also for ourselves, so you can always trust us in getting the product promptly and delivery are very fast.

Feeder Piller & Panel - We manufacture Feeder Pillars and HT Panels at our airoli workshop where all the latest tools and technology is available to manufacture the pillars and panel quality and deliver to the customer in the given time frame, most of the time before the given time frame.Also the powder coating of pillars and panels are done in house for the best quality.Right from the fuse to body of pillars, everything is manufactured in house.

Unitized Substation (USS) - USS from Super is manufactured jointly at our Airoli and Rabale factory, where from is made in Airoli transformer is manufactured at Rabale, where as the breaker is sourced from Crompton Greaves Lucy and LT Panel and Transformer both are super make to ensure highest possible quality.
