Stretch Films

We make Premium Grade Stretch Films suitable for machine grade and manual grade wrapping purposes. Stretch Films are supplied on 25 mm / 50 mm & 75 mm ID paper core in widths ranging from 50mm-900mm in 15 micron to 40 micron in thickness. Our Stretch Cling Film film is made out of high performance polymers having Extra-Cling maximum stretchability, superior tensile strength, excellent puncture resistance and outstanding toughness. Stretch Cling Film is used for overwrapping of goods individually and/or in palletised form. This Film is wrapped over the objects by stretching it either manually or by machine. Stretching can be upto 200-250% in Stretch Wrapping Machine Stretch wrapping works like a series of rubber bands wrapped around an object. Everytime a stretch wrapped object/pallet gets jolted 10 transportation stretch wrapped film over it shrinks, gripping the object even more firmly and thus maintaining the shape and size of the object besides keeping it together in one unit.

The Environment Friendliness: Stretch Wrapping of pallets replaces wooden crates thereby saving forest, hence it is environment friendly.

Advantages & Economy: Stretch wrapping saves object from dust, moisture, scratches and shatters. Stretch wrapping eliminates wooden packing saving not only on the cost of wooden crate but also handling and disposal cost. Stretch Wrapping provides optimum security of consignments with minimum material requirement. Stretch Wrapping reduces packed volume and weight of the consignment thereby increases total amount of goods stuffed in one consignment thus lowers the unit freight cost and improves utilization of container space for exports. Stretch Wrapped palletised export cargo allows mechanical handling thereby saves the cost & time required in stuffing & destuffing of consignment.

Availability: Stretch Cling Film is available in rolls of suitable lengths in widths at 50 mm-1000 mm and thicknesses of 15-40 micron for manual stretch wrapping. Pallet Stretch Wrapping Film in standard size of 500 mm x 23 micron in 1500 mtrs Rolls (weighing 15 kgs Approx) is available for overwrapping of palletised cargo by Stretch Wrapping Machine.

Surface Guard Films

We are presenting a vast variety of Surface Guard Films. These films are developed for covering of trade goods so as to protect them from scratching, dirt and dust. Our transparent films do not impair daylight and are easy to remove thus, leave no residue on removal. Moreover, these can also be used on windows and doors so as to protect them from dust and dirt. Guard Film used for protect any type of surface ;like -colour coated seat,furniture,sunmika and aluminum composite panels. Besides, we customize these products on the specifications detailed by the clients at most competitive prices.

Heat Shrinkable Films

Heat Shrinkable Films are made in flat film one side folded film or lay flat sleeves & bags all forms in 25 micron-150 micron thickness & 300mm to 1500mm width. We also make micro perforated shrink film. Micro perforation are given in the film for escarpment of any trapped air in the package & over wrapped film. So as to avoid condensation of moisture in the air & to safeguard the package from damage. These transparent, heat shrinkable films are manufactured in compliance with international quality standards. our offered products are stringently inspected on quality parameters of the industry.
