Because of his farsightedness and penchant for growth the year 2004 achieved significance with the acquisition of Heidelberg SORDZ 2-colour offset printing machines followed by Heidelberg Speedmaster 102V 4 colour CPC offset printing machine. Then there was addition of BOBST SP 102-E Automatic Die cutting punching machine to our armory and it was our ACME 750 Folder Gluer pasting machine installed with gun nozzle attachment that enhanced the production capacity.
Our biggest achievement was in year 2012, when we imported a Heidelberg Speedmaster 6 colour (+) coater CD 102- 6LX UV-printing machine for printing met-pet jobs.
• Bobst Fuego 80 automatic folding and pasting machine (with nozzle guns for lock bottom, 4 corner with hot melt adhesive)
• Heidelberg Speedmaster 5 colour (+) coater CP Tronic CD Offset printing machine for printing regular conventional printing jobs having
aqueous coating (Procurement year 2009)
• Heidelberg Speedmaster 6 colour (+) coater CD 102- 6LX UV-printing machine for printing met-pet jobs procured in the year 2012 (Our
biggest achievement)
• Flute Laminator FMZ 1260 (Fully automatic machine) for pasting 2 ply corrugated sheet on printed paper (Procurement year 2014)
• Bobst Novacut 106 Automatic die punching machine for punching of 3 ply printed sheet which gets pasted on Flute Laminator FMZ 1260
Our quality control team being led by an experienced leader does not compromise with any shortcoming and is prompt to note, report and eliminate any problem associated with prepress, printing and post press stages. Hence we are able to deliver the products in time to our clients. Each and every section is neat and clean and any wastage coming out of the production is quickly disposed off and environmental protection is kept uppermost in mind.
