Mr. Anil G. Chaudhary is the founder of the NACH. He is and Electrical-Mechanical Engineer, graduated from Board of Technical Education, Mumbai (1968). He has vast experience in the area of transformer oil, transformer erection and commissioning. He has also conducted seminars and workshops for the motor and generator winding industry. At present he holds the position of Chairman in the Board of Directors.
Dr. Nikhil A. Chaudhary is an electrical engineer and a IIT-Bombay Ph. D. graduate (2007). He has experience in the area of Advanced Process Control and Optimization. He has worked extensively in the area of transformer oil, transformer erection and commissioning. He holds good knowledge in the area of vacuum technology as well. At presently he is appointed as Technical and Sales Director in the company
Mr. Aniket N. Chaudhari is Mechanical Engineer from Pune University. His expertise are in the area of refurbishment and restoration of equipments. He has experience in the area of tool room and CNC. Presently he is heading the Sales and Services department of the company.
Mr. Vishwas G. Patole is Commerce and Finance post graduate from Pune University. He has worked in distinct areas of industrial accounts and legal compliances. He is an able administrator and a good manager. He heads the administration and finance team of the company.
Mr. Shyam B. Wakchaure is mechanical graduate from Pune University. He has 20 years of experience in heavy fabrication industry. He has also worked as third party inspector for IBR quality boiler testing services. At present he is incharge of the Bhor and Bhosari factories. He is a true team leader with a staff of more than 20 employees.
