• Most transformer repair/mfgr. shop equipments are under one roof
• NACH-solutions are evolved from emulated recent and contemporary engineering sciences
• Oil handling problems in repair shops or refineries are simplified
• Transformer repair procedures and their machines, ex. Winding machines, test equipments are straightforward and confined to relevant Standards
• Filtered oil quality complies Indian and international oil standards (IS;COFMOW;NEMA;RDSO;IEEE)
• Wide range of filtration capacity, from 200 LPH to 25000 LPH (for regular transformer maintenance to refineries) in mobile and stationary type units, from manual control to microprocessor based control
• Structural simplicity induces operator friendliness and makes the units suitable for continuous operations over 7 days
• Prices that match customer budget
Filter machines mainly come in focus during a routine transformer maintenance schedule or during erection
phases of transformer. Filter machines bear distinct designs with respect to distinct applications like,
traction transformers, distribution or transmission line transformers, generating power transformer, grid
transformers and locomotive transformers. Oil performance parameters are constrained to discrete levels
pertaining to distinct applications. NACH understands these small vital differences in applications and
their impact on oil performance parameters and offers appropriate designs for filter machines.
NACH offers two series the BS series and D series to cater the requirements of the distinct
applications. Refer technical manuals for details on the transformer oil filter machines.
During its commissioning phases or maintenance phases a transformer often needs filling of new
conditioned oil or alteration of existing oil with new one. In such scenario oil storage tanks are handy
and are used as oil transfer agents. Pertinent to transformer capacity the oil storage tanks are developed.
Oil storage tanks range from 3kL to 100kL, have variants in form of stationary or mobile utility. These can
also be designed to withstand vacuum. In transformer manufacturing industry it is preferred to store conditioned
oil under vacuum and discharge it in the application as and when need arises. Oil stored under vacuum ensures
desired performance parameters
at all time and can be instantaneously used to fill transformers.
The equipments under the scope of oil handling involve pumps to transfer oil, pipeline to
carry oil and valves to regulate discharge of oil. Suitable placement of these equipments in
the oil handling systems assures designed process times and better control over the process of
oil handling. NACH solutions are optimized to meet customized demands of process time.
Each equipment in the line are neatly integrated to emerge a process with high efficiency.
Cellulose content in form of insulation present in the transformer mainly captures moisture and releases it in oil thereby
deteriorating oil parameters. Hence need arises to dry out the transformer using a low heat and high vacuum technique. Vacuum
drying ovens find applications in transformer repairing workshops or transformer manufacturing industry. Often dried transformers
are filled with oil under vacuum. Thus oil filling stations form integral part of a vacuum drying oven. NACH resolves the ovens to meet distinct designs.
NACH Transformer Care is driven by customer perspectives and focused to fulfill customer demands. Operators at
customer premises are trained to perform filtration (online/offline) with the purification units. Though NACH Transformer
Care has satisfied several customers, we initiate periodical feedback from customers and this aids us to improve our machines.
NACH has also assisted customers by giving prompt services after warranty period. The consumables and spares for the oil handling
equipments are readily available. Additionally
NACH Transformer Care also undertakes repairs and maintenance of oil filtration plants of distinct makes and types.
