Central Location with equipped service center

Trident has a centrally located service center with office space of about 3000 sq feet in Pune, with an extensive and reliable computer network on a 100% power back up. This is supplied through a Cummins 35 KVA DG set, which ensures a constant supply of power and no loss of data.With on line support to customers.
Service at your door-step

Dedicated delivery vans are at the customer’s service for on-site repairs and maintenance so that there is no drop in response time. Doorstep parts delivery and components and engine pick-ups are facilitated through the large fleet of delivery vans in the event of repairs on site.
Strong Inventory

Trident maintains a large spares inventory of more than Rs.1 core (10 million) for prompt and reliable service. As per requirement, Trident also maintains inventory for its major customers. at site on mutual terms
Service Centers

Along with its service center at its centrally located office, Trident has a 5000 sq feet service center with repair facility at the Shivane Industrial Estate. This service centers is fully equipped with complete equipment such as a fuel calibration stands for Cummins PT pump, Injectors -STC type injectors , hydraulic press and cleaning tanks, lifting facility & component level repair facility.
Tools and equipment

Trident has invested in all special tools for engine repairs & engine electronics – diagnostic tools with requisite software & hardware for semi and full authority electronic engines. This includes laptops for field adjustments of ECM and special calibration software for engine electronics & calibrated torque wrenches, gauges and meters.

Trident is young team of over 200 employees, headed by its three founders. Its manpower is well trained through extremely stringent and lengthy Cummins training programs. These programs range from 45 days to 9 months Tests and evaluations are carried out on a regular basis are carried out to maintain highest service standards.
Founder profile

The founders of Trident have brought to the table, over 75 collective years of experience, in all areas related to sales & marketing, supply chain and customer support activity. Each has been a successful general manager with Cummins; serving office in positions all over India, for customers in construction, power generation, mining and industrial segments. The tier II managers of Trident (mostly ex-Cummins employees) are also accomplished in the field of power and have had a comprehensive experience in sales and service of generator sets and engines on other applications.
