We started as a printed circuit board manufacturer in the heart of Silicon Valley, San Jose, in 1972. As demand for high-technology exploded, we added LCD and electronics contract manufacturing to our range of services.
We are one of the pioneer companies to identify Batam, Indonesia as a cost-efficient location. Our Batam factory was set up in 1990 and continues to operate today.

Design We offer a full suite of design services; from schematic design, board layout, component selection, firmware design to mechanical design. Our design team comprises qualified engineers with extensive industry experience. Concepts such as Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) are used to optimise the product design to enable clients a quicker time to market at the best price and performance.

Supply Chain Management We take care of our clients’ total material requirements; encompassing global procurement, purchasing, material management and logistics. We have long-term relationships with world-wide suppliers which empower us to obtain competitive pricing and support so that we can deliver products on time. Our procurement team continuously looks for suppliers with better cost opportunities and technological capabilities to complement our value-add services.

Manufacturing We have state-of-the-art equipment to produce any electronic or electro-mechanical product in the form of printed circuit assemblies, higher level sub-assemblies or complete box builds. Our manufacturing technologies include:
